The globular cluster M13 from 15.4.2007, C11, Canon D20a, 20x30s at ISO 1600.

Hi, yesterday and today morning I got some pictures of comet C/2007 E2 Lovejoy, see below. 15.4 and 16.4., ca 4h MESZ. The comet was only ca. 15° above the horizon at begin of astronomical twilight but will now be better visible from day to day.
Canon D20a, 300/4 (15.4.), 300/2.8 (16.4.), 10x 30s at 1600 ISO. jld -

Nova-like outburst of a star in Libra

GW Lib (coordinates 2000: alpha 15h19m55.3s, delta -25°00'25") can be fainter than 18 mag, but it started an outburst two days ago. Four hours ago, it already reached 9.5 mag. VSNET issued a number of communiqués regarding that extremely rare outburst, see below. Also included is my magnitude estimate & image.
Further observations, spectroscopic if possible, are strongly encouraged.

Nouvelle version avec plus de pose et un réglage qui s'améliore. Lorsque j'arriverai
au bon réglage, j'écris un article pour le club, c'est promis car, prendre de photos
de haute qualité avec un C14, j'avoue que ce n'est pas donné.
