At least I managed to get out with my telescopes for the first time in
weeks. The Ganymede transit on 6 May was worth the effort. I still need to
do a bit of work on the images, to try and get them sharper (a combination
of atmospheric disturbance and focusing of my Celestron 9.25). I also took
a 'deep field' shot of some of the galaxies in Virgo (with my 71mm
refractor), and finished up with M13. It was a satisfying night.
